This term's topic in Year 6 is "To Infinity and beyond" and we are looking at the make up of our Solar system space travel and the conditions necessary for survival in space? Distances in space can be hard to imagine,so we made a scale model of the solar system using toilet paper! The model made, showed the relative distances between the planets. We had great fun measuring and we certainly needed lots of room to make our model.
