Our P7 pupils showed a high level of competence in coding when they created procedures using variables in Make Code to programme their Microbit as a dual counter . They then downloaded their code to their Microbit, attached their batteries and took their Microbit to Learmount Forest. When in Learmount, they pressed button A for every animal species they observed and button B for every plant species. They had programmed their Microbit to show final tallies by pressing the logo button.
The pupils had lots of fun doing this task while learning new coding techniques, well done P7!
