Yesterday staff and pupils celebrated the life of St. Brigid through stories, songs, art, prayers and keeping the St. Brigid’s cross tradition alive. Year 4 children brought their crosses to Mass where they were blessed by Fr. McGavigan. On the way, we all looked for signs to see if St. Brigid had brought the Spring……there were lots of snowdrops and buds peeping through! It was indeed a very enjoyable day.
