Induction Week - Update

25th Aug 2020

We were delighted to welcome back our Primary Seven pupils on Monday and they are delighted to be reunited!

We are really looking forward to seeing all our pupils again this week.

Our new Primary One pupils should visit our school at their allocated time on Wednesday 26th August. Pupils do not have to wear school uniform for this visit - you may wish to save that for their first full day in Primary One! One adult may accompany each child and must stay for the half hour session - this will be an opportunity to meet Miss Kealey, the teacher. It is vitally important that every adult wears a face mask when in the school building.

On Thursday 27th August, Primary Two to Six pupils return to school. Primary Sevens will also attend. It is strongly recommended that pupils travelling on school transport wear a facemask. No pupil can enter the school building until 8.45am. The school day ends early on Thursday at 1pm. The 3 o'clock bus services will operate at this time. All other children must be collected. Pupils may bring a packed lunch or they can eat when they return home. No hot meals will be served. Parents who collect pupils at 1pm are asked to queue at Gate 1 (beside P6), observing the 2 metre social distancing rule. (Parents must not remain in cars.)

School is closed to children on Friday 28th and Monday 31st August. Normal classes resume on Tuesday 1st September, except for P1 pupils who have been issued individual starting dates.

Thank you once again for your co-operation. It helps to keep everyone safe! See you all soon!!
