We were very lucky to have Fiona from the NI Parliment visit our school today to deliver a workshop on democracy and citizenship to our pupils today. The boys and girls showed great interest and enthusiasm throughout the workshop. They took part in some very thought-provoking discussions and had lots of wonderful ideas about laws that they would pass to help create a better future for us all.
We definitely have candidates who could follow in our past pupil Donal Mullan's shoes by joining the NI Youth Assembly. Well done boys and girls and thank you to Fiona Payne for the wonderful workshop.
