Learning to read 🤓

Pupils in year 1 are using sounds to read CVC words. Year 1 are excellent at identifying the initial sounds in words and are beginning to hear the middle and last sounds. Pupils are making great progress segmenting and blending sounds to read the word. 

I am so proud of their progress 👏🏻
