It's hard to believe the summer is over but we can't wait to see our boys and girls soon!
Primary 2-7 pupils return to school on Wednesday 1st September. Our new Primary One pupils should attend on the starting date provided.
Children from P1, P2, P3 and P5 should enter school via the side gate closest to the school pitch. Parents can accompany pupils around to the school door if they wish and we encourage this for Primary One and Two pupils. Children from P4, P6 and P7 should enter the school via the side gate closest to the Primary 6 classroom.
Playground gates will be opened at 8.45am for pupils to enter. Children can be collected from school from the small playground near P6. Primary 1 pupils should be collected at 1pm for the month of September. P2 pupils go home at 2pm and P3-7 pupils can be collected at 2.50pm.
All pupils should wear their school uniform on Wednesday 1st September but should wear PE gear to school on PE days from then on. Schoolbags, lunchboxes and pencil cases are permitted this year and these can be brought to and from school.
Parents are asked to wear a face covering on entering reception and to observe social distancing guidelines when gathering at the playground gates. Current COVID 19 regulations will apply if a child presents with coronavirus symptoms. (Please see attached letter from the Education Minister.)
Please let reception know as soon as possible if you wish to order milk for your child for the month of September. We also remind you to apply for Free School Meals and School Transport as soon as possible if you are eligible.
