Our pupils had lots of fun taking part in active Numeracy activities today for our school’s Maths Day. These activities included using the Izak 9 cubes to solve problems, Murder Mystery Maths challenges, Game 24, Number Countdown, the Daily 10, Meteor Multiplication, Target Boards and practical data handling challenges. We even got to participate in an outdoor Maths Treasure Hunt! It was fantastic and as well as improving our Numeracy skills, we improved our thinking skills, communication skills and ability to work in teams. Well done everyone!
