Year 2/3 took advantage of the recent dry, sunny spell to go hunting for mini-beasts in Little Learmount. No stone was left unturned as they searched in every corner, to find new and familiar mini-beasts with great enthusiasm!
The children have been exploring all aspects of mini-beasts, including their differing appearances, habitats and unusual characteristics which make them unique. We ended our hunt with the story of the Superworm by Julia Donaldson. Great work boys and girls!
