We are delighted to announce that our girls' Gaelic team won their section of the North Derry Gaelic Championship in Owen Beg today. They won all 5 of their group games to top the group and qualify for the semi-final. After winning their semi-final they met a skilful and determined Ballerin team in the final. They played the final the same way as they played all of their previous games - full of great skill and fantastic teamwork and were very worthy winners. They are absolutely delighted with their amazing achievement and they got a fantastic welcome by proud pupils and staff when they carried the trophy back into school this afternoon. This is definitely a day our girls will remember for a very long time. Congratulations girls, you deserved it!
