With the snow away, P7 pupils were able to take part in their Confirmation preparation sessions a little later than scheduled this week. The pupils spent lots of time: listening to readings from the bible; learning about the Gifts and Fruits of the Holy Spirit; thinking about their role in being followers of Christ and their responsibility in helping to build up God’s Church. The pupils thoroughly enjoyed the sessions which were led by Therese and Mary and it was lovely to listen to Bishop McKeown’s reflections on the scripture and many pieces of advice about how God wants us to live.
The boys and girls are working hard at home preparing their Holy Spirit Kite and we look forward to seeing their wonderful creations next week.
