Our P7 pupils took part in the Nua Move Transition Programme led by our Faith Formation Co-ordinator Charlotte today. This was an excellent programme which is designed to help children deal with transitioning from primary to post-primary school. The main focus in the videos was the story of the Calming of the Storm, reminding the children that no matter what obstacles they face in the future that Jesus will be with them in the form of the Holy Spirit to be their helper and guide.
The pupils also enjoyed discussing things that they are excited about as they prepare to begin their new ventures. We would like to thank Charlotte for facilitating this fantastic programme and for always showing so much care for our pupils.
P7 pupils will continue to take part in further transition work over the next few weeks in class to help ensure that they are well prepared for moving on to post-primary.
