Year 1/2 enjoyed reading The Enormous Turnip this week in class. We went to the school garden to see if we could spot any turnips,low and behold we found scrumptious big turnips ready to be pulled. Olive gave the children a helping hand. Mrs McKenna cannot wait to get home to have turnips with her dinner...yum!
