As part of their Sea Disasters topic, Year 7 pupils studied the work of Japanese artist Katsushika Hokusai. They displayed their great artistic flair by recreating a drawing of one of his most famous pieces, 'The Great Wave'. This painting was the inspiration behind the artwork on the front cover of their class novel 'Kensukie's Kingdom' by Michael Morpurgo.
