Year 2/3 topic work this month is ‘ Make Believe’ we have been focusing on The Gingerbread Man story. In the classic story of The Gingerbread Man, our hero gets eaten by the fox when he can’t get across the river on his own. We as a class decided to design a bridge so the gingerbread man can get himself over the river to safety! The children were limited by the materials available and encouraged to think creatively. Each bridge ended up totally different. Excellent work Year 2/3!
